Common questions
- How do I set up Salah Lock? Open the Prayer Lock tab, pick the apps you want to lock from Apple's own picker, and choose which of the five daily prayers should trigger it. Locks arm automatically at each adhan, even if Falah is closed.
- How do I unlock my apps? Open Falah during a lock and hold "WALLAHI I prayed" for three seconds. That's the only way to lift a Salah lock — there is no shortcut, on purpose.
- My prayer times look wrong. Check Settings for your location, calculation method, and madhab — these are set automatically from your country but can be changed there. Falah calculates times entirely on your device from your coordinates.
- How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Falah.
- How do I delete my account? Open Settings inside Falah and use Delete Account at the bottom. This removes your Companion conversations from our server. It does not touch your prayer log or Salah Lock settings, which live only on your device.
- Does deleting the app delete my data? Yes — your entire prayer log, streak, and settings live only on your device and are removed when the app is deleted. There is no cloud backup of your journey.
