You must sign in with a Google or Apple account to use Shuttr. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are required to generate images.
• Free credits may be provided on a weekly basis and reset automatically.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and allotments at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Shuttr to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
• Infringe on the rights of others

6. Intellectual Property

Images you generate using Shuttr are yours to use. However, we retain all rights to the Shuttr app, branding, and underlying technology.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Shuttr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shuttr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
